Have you updated the IOS ?
If it still can't load are you sure you have a mini 2, it could be the first model ?
In the settings>general>about page you will see the model no.

With the processor speed on the mini2, that may not do well.

I stopped using a iPad mini 2. If it’s updated, it will work, but the processor speed is not fast enough. The live feed will constantly pixelate. Another anointing thing is that the screen is not able to get brighter, in sunlight it’s a real pain.
Like in post #2, if the dji go app won’t let you download it, then the iPad is not compatible.
