Maui drone flights

Can someone please point to a site(s) where I can find info on flying drones in Hawaii (Maui)

I would like to determine if I can fly in or around State parks. I am interested in photography and have seen some nice work by other members. We plan to be there late Oct and am considering buying refurb Mavic pro from DJI just for trip

The National parks are, of course, off limits. I've seen Youtube videos from Wainapanapa State Park but the Hawai'i state park website specifically bans drones Division of State Parks | Administrative Rules
