Map view won't show up

When I toggle between camera and map view, only the camera screen shows. No maps. I have 2 of these controllers that are identical. The other one works fine. Just wondering if I have something turned off that I'm not finding.
Anyone have any idea.

if your using google maps on DJI GO they have to be uploaded every 30 days

Is this true? That would explain why I have to update after not using p4p for a while. It drives me nuts. I only have street version and not satellite overlay every so often in maps.

yes it's true every 30 days I connect my tablet to the internet then open DJI go or in my case I use litchi tap on the blank map and it downloads itself

Yes it is true . I did a controller update and low and behold my maps started working again. I'm going to have to make sure that I use both controllers with in 30 days on my p4p+ v2.
