Looking to up grade screen

Does the iPad need wi-fi plus cellular for 4 go and fly And is 2 Gb ram enough Will be flying phantom 4 and mavic air on device

Cell service is not required. The 2GB ram is fine. The storage capacity should be a consideration also.

Also go for the newer models with the most powerful cpu's , DJI Fly is very heavy on processing.

I my experience, DJI Fly will work poorly on anything under 4G Ram. Like everything now a days, more function = more ram/faster processors.....
