Hi guys, I'm looking at getting into flying fpv quads. I've been flying dji drones for years, but are wanting a good introduction to the fpv hobby. I've already been practicing flying with a DJI FPV and a few Whoop like quads. Would this be a good option? The Quad: FPV Combo

You’ll get immediate satisfaction and ability if you go with a
DJI Avata. I’m a longtime DJI Phantom, Mavic pilot and I wanted to get into FPV and built
a cinewhoop. You have to spend a lot of time on the sim learning to fly and then get the right setup on the drone, it’s complicated and flight time is short. The drone you showed didn’t have goggles and it’s analog so it’s a crappy video feed you’d be watching with cheap goggles that might cost $150. It would be worth it to buy a used Avata 1 complete with goggles and you’ll be ahead. Unless you want to do some acrobatics the Avata 1 is fine. I finally bought one and learned to fly it immediately.

Well i did foray into the world of fpv, and after building my own and trying to fly it and failing and then spending hours on a simulator i gave up, simply because i just couldnt get the hang of it, dont get me wrong it takes practice which takes time and i dont have the patience which is why i gave up i guess, here is the the youtube channel i set up

Try a DJI Avata, probably find a used Avata 1 cheaply, you’ll get hooked, I did

Had the Neo 1 the avata 1 and 2 with the motion controller and goggles, never tried them with the fpv controller as i got sick of spending money lol.

I'll stick with my MIni 4 Pro for now

I have a FPV and it makes me dizzy. They are kind of hard to fly when you’re over 80. It sits on a shelf and is very quiet so I leave it alone and fly old slow Phantom’s
