A friend of mine brought me his drone and is wanting to know why it crashed.. I am not super familiar with older drones and I was told thst it didnt really have logs.. is that the case?

Recorded flight data is available for DJI drones that used DJI Go and later flight apps.
The GJI Go app came out with the Phantom 3 series in 2015.
Before that, there aren't any flight logs.

Unfortunately the P2 quads didn’t have logs, unless Litchi app was used
