Hello guys had a question. I have a P3S AND I am aware that if I am flying VR with head tracking on and I lose signal my bird will not return to home . My question is what if I'm flying in FPV mode using the VR option and have the head tracking turned off then lose signal what happens then ? Is it safe to fly in the supported modes for my bird and use VR as long as the head tracking option is turned off ?

Yes it should be, it seems you did read up on the Litchi site first. That's good, so many don't. Litchi states when in these modes "VR with Immersive/Joystick Head Tracking active, Follow, Focus and Track." Fail-safe RTH will not work. When using Head Tracking I've always kept it close by, so never put it to the test.

I am really interest in getting the VR goggles. If you wouldn't mind sharing your future experiences that would be great.

Well I can tell you from experience my opinion, it's cool. Sometimes you'll hear other people comment that it's the Holy Grail, I wouldn't go that far to me it's just rises to the level of being cool. Didn't like joystick mode, didn't understand the point of it too much, but immerse mode definitely is cool though. And during my test even when with head tracking was turned off, I was still able to adjust the gimbal angle with head movement. The only thing I lost was the ability to yaw the craft with my head movements.
