It's been a while since I have flown and am having a brain malfunction. I have checked manual and have gotten more confused. When flying and everything has been calibrated, full battery the lights on bottom of copter are red in front and green in back indicating normal flight, correct? Too many brain cells have left the venue.

Front arms light up red once motors are started.

Rear arm LEDs indicate many functions so we'll stick with your specific question but yes, if all is well (GPS locked) the rears will blink single green and change to double blinks when there is a stick input.
The change to yellow with the same patterns when in Atti. (non-GPS).
