Did you try the DJI GO app? Does the quad do the same thing?
You might want to try calibrating the remote and the IMU.

Works perfect with the DJI GO app.

HHmmmm... it was a thought....
Too bad Litchi doesn't work for you though, as it seems to have some nice features.
Strange that it is making the quad fly so erratically though! Did you try and contact the maker of the software to see if he had any suggestions?

Looks like it is working now! Good to hear and see.
I think Litchi is a good app with nice features so hopefully it will work for you.
