Jumpy Video

I'm using Pinnacle 22 and attempting to burn videos. I'm creating video's from my phantom 4. After burning it starts out fine but then video and music stutters sort of speak more jumpy if that's a correct description...Any suggestions/help?

Hard to diagnose without the actual file. Consider uploading to dropbox or something like that. Post a link back here.

I had a problem with video only showing as a series of stills. I had recorded in 4K and the playbook computer was not fast enough to run it. I changed the resolution to a lower setting and it now works fine.
