This was on live leak about a week ago, these soldiers are fighting the Syrian army, the phantom came from the Syrian army, not to sure if they are Kurds or not, they could be Syrians trying to oust the Syrian president, these are the guys the west was backing when it all kicked off, isis joined them, then due to bad blood(we know how isis operates) split from them into what we know as isis today, make no mistake, quads are used by all armies today, good & bad.
Personally, I get a funny feeling when I see a question on how to get a quad flying sweet from someone in a country where spying is a super serious offence & yet hobbiests can fly camera quads freely, maybe I'm too much of a suspicious old bastard!
