I am trying to find a video editing program that will let me edit 4K but will allow me to edit at lower resolution (my computer can only do 720P) but still save at 4K. I think I have found one but did it work? Can you take a look at this test video on a 4K device and tell me if it is displaying correctly in 4K?

As for the flight I was trying to determine what my problem was with shake and tilted camera (I just needed to re calibrate the IMU and Gimbal), I turned around for safety when Go alerted me I was straying too close to a (disused), I still got some decent shots of the waterfront though.

It looks clear and the resolution is set to 1440 on YouTube settings but it look dull and flat as far as the color grading goes . Are you planing to color grade ? If not maybe shoot your video in vivid settings so it won't be as flat. Try shooting in vivid a small clip and repost to see the difference. The video does look clear but way to flat . Here is a video I shot with vivid tell me what you think shot it in 4k but if you don't have a 4k playing device you might not be able to appreciate the definition.

Looks good, but I can't view it in 4K on my device.

I didn't do any editing on the one I posted except to put two different files togethor, I shot it in D-Log if I remember correctly. I just uploaded it as is to see if the 4K would work, the other 4K editor I tried did not work right on my computer (down resing a 10 minute 4K file took 12-18 HOURS and then it would keepmcrashing at random once I started editing, a pity too because it had some really neat features, way more than Wondershare. Wondershare works wonderfully on my computer though and only takes a few minutes to downres the video for me to edit it and does not crash, I can't do as much with it, but at least it runs. I am very pleased the video saved in 4K as it was supposed to. I can try to film another clip in vivid, but the weather here has been rainy and windy for the last week and doesn't seem to be letting up, I'll just have to hope I get some decent flying weather when I can actually have some freetime to fly.

I hear you. If you really want to edit and export videos in 4k you might want to buy a new computer and editing software I was in the same boat as you, exporting a 3 min video took like 6hrs and the program kept crashing. I personally don't like to record in d-log because I'm not that good at color grading even tho I have the tools to do it.

This is what I use .
