Is iPhone Charger OK?

I have an iPhone 5s and I've been using the charger for that to charge the P2V+ Wireless Extender and v2 TX (with gimbal tilt wheel)

Is this OK and safe to use?

Absolutely! I use my iPad charger which is 2 amps so it charges quicker than the standard iPhone charger.
