Neck strap/harness, no it does not. You can go with something as simple as one of the sports badge neck straps that have a pinch buckle to unhook the controller to en expensive one that you put your arms thru and it clamps in the back then has a support leash on it. Up to you. And yes go for the anti-glare, with as much of a surface as the air2 has it can blind you at the wrong angle to the sun.
