Intelligent flight modes

Hy every body. I’m still not able to use any intelligent flight mode. As soon as I try dji app closes. I have tried two different phones (both iPhone 7), have deleted the app and reinstalled it, have assured that I was not taking videos when I try it. I just don’t know what more I can try.

I like to use point of interest and home lock a lot and I just can’t any more.

Hello, try to put the phones in airplane mode, then go to "settings" "applications" and "force the arrest" of all the programs that are executed in memory, Chrome, google photos, Instagram, or whatever you have installed and that It is not essential for the flight.
