I have had TWO failures with new batteries. One would not charge at all and the other showed a cell down after so little use. Has anyone else had problems?

I got issues but it was a year old.
It won't charge. Just LED1 blinking and then power off, then power on and repeat.
edit: Is it possible to fix this? DJI wouldn't/couldn't but might be some tricks for the brave one...
