i getting some flutter in my videos

On a couple of videos i took today i got some flutter (for lack of better term), this video was the worst, other i took today seamed ok, any help would be great

Looks like prop wash. Happens a lot when flying into the sun.
 
That would explain it, never noticed till today. And on the other videos that it happen I was flying into the sun too
 
In still photography it is called flare. Flying into the sun is not recommended unless you specifically want to get such effect.

Watch out on the camera hoods, they can be problematic because of the added weight on the camera. I’ve seen where they slowly roll the down,so you are constantly scrolling the roll dial on your remote to face forward.

Lens flare and prop wash are not the same. Nobody wants prop wash in their video whereas some golden hour lens flare is sometimes desired.
 
A simple answer is to fly at a level that will allow you to have the camera tilted down a little, also using ND filters will cut that out also
