You're going to have to drill a second hole into your phantom to make it mount to the phantom. You'll also need spacers for the legs to give it the clearance needed for the gimbal.
the tarot is surprisingly unfriendly to the phantom, packaging wise. You would think they would do something to make it easier to mount to their top market use.
I hard-mounted my tarot to the Phantom, but most people buy a third party mounting plate from eBay. Note that you need a separate plate for the carbon fiber and plastic tarot plates.
I swear I just saw an adaptor plate for the Phantom the other day that was made by Tarot just for this. I can't find it for the life of me now, but I did turn up some other options:
It's really not difficult to install, it just takes some forethought (measure twice, drill once) and they include the hardware to make it fit on the phantom.
I am attempting to mount a tarot T-2D gimbal and a video transmitter to a P 1.1.1. It seems that I also need to elevate the P1 so the gimbal does not bottom out.
Has anyone found a mount to the bottom that will accomplish raising the P1, mounting a tarot and mounting a transmitter? These are the closest thing I found but it looks like it will not amount the gimbal.
