Was looking to increase the range cheaply and easily. Saw. Mod with a 5 db antenna. Was wondering how much of a range boost? Ant other basic easy and mods to increase range. Mostly altitude.

I think you have the GPS antenna upgrade(5db) confused with control transmitter antenna
also those wont do anything for altitude, It already goes far higher than ....
it is a good idea though to do that gps upgrade if you can solder. it only cost about 5 dollars and does help a lot in my 2 p2's
