I have no idea what the home lock is. I keep reading the description and I can't figure it out. Can someone explain that to me?

When activate, right stick forward goes away from you but more importantly right stick pulled back comes towards the home point regardless of orientation of the drone.
Thankyou! Do you possibly know how to get it to follow me mode? I'm in position F but I can't figure oit how to set it. I'm getting very frustrated
