Hero 3 Black video settings

I finally saved enough money to get my GoPro Hero3 and starting to get it set up on the Phantom. What video settings would you recommend, and why? My set up is the Hero 3 mounted to the phantom...no gimble, etc.

I've been running 1080 at 30fps. Seems pretty good. Need to get my gimbal installed.
