I just got a Mavic air today and I can’t get the motors to work can anyone help me thanks

It will need to be registered the craft with DJI first via internet. You'll need to create a personal account with DJI. Have you done that?

Make sure you read the manual, otherwise you can make a rookie mistake and lose your craft. The registration process should be in the manual.

Thanks I did all that so I just started the set up all over again and it working now thanks again
