I am a newbie and I am having a great time, BUT, if I do have a problem I want to know how to retrieve the data file if I am left with just a controller and tablet in my hand, i understand you can send the file off to DJI for a report, ?.

Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
Have a go and look at what it shows you for one of your recent flights.
If ever you have an incident, you can post a link to the report it provides and get help here.
