Help-crash victim

While attempting to fly my newly acquired PS3 a barely got it. Off the ground and a burst of wind blew it forward into the garage door. I had S1 in GPS mode and S2 in middle position. I tried to recalibrate compass and green light on first horizontal but not on second. Where "Ready to fly-Green" is indicated at the top bar I now get "Signal Lost"
And "Aircraft in Attitude mode so it will not hover. Internet strength is excellent. Will not perform even in Simulator mode. SEEKING HELP

Well, ended up talking to DJI Tech who recommended sending only the Drone back. I must say this was a refurbished unit
