Not trying to be a smart A$$ but man, you really need to use some punctuation......My eyes crossed trying to read your post!!
Part of the hobby is crashing and mishaps. I know it's difficult to handle such an expensive loss but they do happen and I'd have to say that many of them are caused by user error. I don't have any experience with the retailer BUT let me assure you that DJI themselves are no better to deal with either.
