Hardening P4 case (flex seal)

Hey all. Being that a hard case is $$$

I was thinking what can I lay on the foam case the P4 comes in to protect it a bit more.

Two options:
flex seal (infomercial) supposedly rubberizes or some kind of truck bed liner spray from Rustoleum

Thoughts?

how many cans are necessary for the proper amount of coatings?

2 cans should get the job done. (You can add more later if you think you need it).

If that expanded bead stuff is good enough to make Parrot Discos, then it should be good for a Phantom case
