Hand held H2-3D gimbal

Do you think I could put Lipocells in some sort of hand held and mount a H2-3D gimbal to it?

Some kind of hand held what? Handheld gimbal rig with a go pro in it? If that is your question then yes. Get a piece of timber and attach velcro to the top to attach a battery and then buy a cheap gimbal that has it's own control board and attach that to the bottom. I think the H2-3D needs a separate controller doesn't it? so one of the $100 dollar gimbals would be ideal.

Nope ! - Not unless you also attach a Naza Mv2 as well!

Both types of Zenmuse rely on a feedback loop from the Naza to get additional stabilisation data.

Go for an Alexmos GCU or similar and then choose your gimbal of choice.
