hey what happens if I disconnect my gps cable inside the phantom ? Will it fly still ? I have a reserve airfield around my property ands hardly ever used and I wanted to shoot video of my property ! Help

Nope. Must be connected.

Don’t go to all the trouble. Tin foil on top of your drone will work also. Maybe a couple layers? Be careful.

Unfortunately, yes.

But you'll be on your own as you'll have no GPS (position-hold) assistance or RTH capability.
