The update wants ID, access to personal profile data?

I’m not surprised, I have waiting for this to happen with all the negativity drones in the news. Any way for them to to keep a close eye on us.
I’m waiting for them to be be able to put in a search date of a general location like a town name and it pulls all drone activity that day in search for was flying.

The app update. Fortunately I don't allow automatic updates, so it had to prompt me and I spotted the new permission.
