Gimbal problem

My p3s has an issue with the gimbal doing a auto tilt motion up an down every five seconds. I've done a IMu and gimbal calibration, still doing the same thing. Would the flex cable cause this problem?

The apt keeps telling me network error, when I try sending video. Can you tell me how to check if it's in FOV or follow?
