Gimbal Noise

Is this normal? I am having issues with video quality and some vibration. I think this might be the cause. Any suggestions?

Doesn't help much, but mine makes the same noise. I was also wondering if it should be doing that. It only makes it when tilted past a certain degree.

Yes, I was able to take a video of it. It is not constant but it does it when it is moving.
