I purchased a refurbished P3S in July of 2017. I was getting a "Gimal Motor Overloaded" alarm. Called company and was told to send back. Long story short, I have now sent it back to them 3 times only to have the same problem. I have asked to speak to management and the lady wouldn't let me. Saying it wouldn't do any good. I have asked to have the drone replaced. Only to be told that they would write that request down. Drone has not been replaced that I can tell. I talked to a repair center in Florida this morning. Very nice people. They said the motor did need to be replaced. And they didn't believe that Calif. had done so or I wouldn't be having the problem I'm having. If I send it to them, it won't be fixed under warranty. They said it would be 200+ dollars to repair. They agree it wouldn't make any sense for me to send it to them when it's still under warranty. I'm wishing I had bought a new one now. You would think that Calif. would at least offer to replace it for me. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? Right now I wish I hadn't bought a DJI product.

You can open up the back cove of the yaw arm and see if the flat side of the rod is facing towards the drone. Make sure that when you take off the back cover that you know where the screws came from. The three closest too the drone are a different size than the 2 farthest from the drone.
