Hi, im flying to Thailand and I want to bring my Phantom with me. Would it be very hard to do with LiPo batteries ? Im flying via Turkish Airlines.

You should call Turkish Airlines and ask their policy and how they want you to pack them. Most-likely carry-on. You might also check with Thailand customs as I have heard of drones being confiscated in some countries.
UPDATE.. I searched the forum and suggest you read the following thread. Looks like Thailand is okay, but the way laws are quickly changing regarding drones there's no telling what the latest is without making a few phone calls.
