Flight logs

Hi all quick question. Can I recover all my flight logs from a P3A. My Go app had deleted all my logs and history. I have always synced with the cloud but this is not restoring them. Attached is a screen shot of all I get.

Did you try to log off, log back in, and sync with the cloud? If it doesn't work, delete the app, reinstall it, and try again.

Yeah tried all that and trying rolling back the app to 2.9 with no joy. Just wondering if I can get them from the P3A and the copy a file and put it in the app. If anyone has done that..

That's odd. You can extract the .dat files from your P3A but I don't think the DJI Go app reads them. The flight logs stored in your mobile device are .txt files.

Ok thanks I will keep trying, it's just annoying that I've lost that info in the go app. You would have thought they should synced from the cloud back to the app. But obviously not.

Just to let Mac users know, there is a great program you can buy, called Phoneview from ecamm.com, this software will let you accesss your iOS device to take anything off it you might need, (With PhoneView, you can view, save and print all of your iPhone and iPad messages, WhatsApp messages, voicemail and other data directly on your Mac.)

You can download a trial version that will work to download anything off your device including your flight logs.

Nice tip to use PhoneView! When I export the file(s) to my document map and try to open the txt-file it is not readable. Do I something wrong? I like to print my flight logs. I send you some print screens from my iMac.
I hope you can help, anyway I will buy PhoneView, truly an interesting program.
