It could be better for a Phantom 3. You probably had some settings wrong in your video editor? Yeah, lots of artifacts in your video (look at the grassy bits), and not sharp at all.

Experiment a bit with video settings, in your editor maybe allow for a higher bit rate too.
I found that the videos Phantom 3 produce have a 40000 kbps bit rate. Also, your video looks to be a bit over-exposed, maybe turning the right wheel on your controller to compensate next time could do miracles
