First Video -- looking for some feedback!

Pretty darn good for a first video.

Seattle? Where were the water shots done.

Very nice editing.

The water shots were between some redwoods state park in California (I forget which one) and Lake Cresent in Washington State

You did a good job. Line your yaw shots. Very steady.

Thank you! It was only my first week with the rig. I've gotten the hang of it now; installing a new pot for the pitch today.

I've found that by slowing the 60p footage down 40% (to equivalent 24p) and running a stabilizer you get remarkably steady footage. That being said, still looking to upgrade to a bigger rig in the future

Some tips:

Shoot in Protune with CAMRAW as the WB setting to avoid the crazy cyan skies and fringing (0:32 - for example).

Consider a ND filter to slow the shutter speed so the slowed down 60fps captures don't have so much jello.

Awesome thanks!

-- I shot the video with a ND filter but didn't know about the WB setting (it was set to "auto" this whole time)
