First Litchi Mission

Here is my first attempt at a Litchi mission. It actually went pretty well. I set the mission up during the day because of trees and power lines I had to navigate around. I was pleased with how simple it was to set up. It took several dry runs during the day to get the speed height and camera angle I wanted, but I am pleased with how it turned out. Please critique this as it is my first attempt and I want to improve my future videos!

Well done! Could also try flight at 10 ft. alt. down middle of street looking straight out (2 flights for both sides) Edit segments into video of those shots at near ground level. Would give different perspective. But again.. Well done.

Thanks! I thought about that but I didn't want to fly that close to where people were walking. I flew over the yard just in case there was a malfunction. All I need is for something to go wrong and someone gets hurt.... LOL

Walk along with it, speed set to around 5 mph. People will see both you and it, and will know whats happening.

Litchi is similar to DJI Go, but as said above, you can also program waypoint missions on your device or computer and upload them to your Phantom/Mavic for autonomous flights.

You can do similar missions in Go, but you will have to input the actual waypoint with your Phantom/Mavic instead of on your device or computer. If you are getting bored just flying, Litchi waypoint missions reinvigorate enthusiasm in flying your drone...kinda like drone Viagra.
