Firmware update from 1.06 to 1.07

From some reason I cant update my firmware it's always failing out. It starts the update but about 3 mins into it I get a solid red light any ideals

What beep sequence is it making after the 3 minute mark? Also, when you put your SD card back into your computer does it show a fail in the files?
