Not at all, there are new regulations! This however makes it possible to fly anywhere in South Africa!

Must say there has been some confusion!

Am I just lucky or what? I am regularly flying my P3 at distances of +3km without any issues with losing signal either on FPV or the controller. I see there are many pilots that struggle to get 500m..

Congrats! There is a member here that posted the new EU regs on UAV's. They are beginning to pass the U.S.A. in common sense when drafting new regulations for new technology.
