Filters for sunny afternoons with blue skies

I got a bunch of filters, ND, polarizers, ND/polarizers, etc.

ONe thing I can't seem to find is a GRADUATED ND16 filter WITH a circular polarizer.

Does anyone know where I can get one or a brand that can be stacked like on a DLSR?

I want to polarize to remove glare and bring out the blue in the sky AND dim the sky to even the exposure with the ground.
