Fail Safe Altitude

Is there anyway to increase the fail safe altitude from 20 meters to 30 or more?

The fail safe will maintain the altitude that it was triggered at. So if you are at 60metres it will fly home at that height

As Ozzy said, best bet is to always fly a bit higher than the tallest thing between you and the aircraft, then you don't have to worry.

But no, there is no way to adjust the RTH algorithm in the Vision.
