Is this a SW issue or HW?

Have replaced landing gear and bottom shell, but red lights on 3motors the 4th twitching and bleep bleep bleep coming from it.
So I’m going to open up agin to check wires connect in right order+ribbons?
Failing that it’s replace motor if that fails then replace esc borads failing that Bin It?
We’re is motor4?

It is a hardware issue...check the ribbon cable on the side of the module.

The module is the (guts of the phantom) check those ribbon cables on the esc boards are connected
