dual battery setup with parallel harness

just got my parallel to use 2 stock batteries, question is how to setup naza assistant for the low battery warning? anyone has trie this setup? do you have to do anything on the assistant to optimize battery use and not crash phantom due to low battery? thanks in advance.

I tried it and got less time with two batteries than I did with one...still trying to figure out how that could be.
