So this post is an ad for an attorney who can assist with filing a 333 exemption? In the news section? The main part of the page you link to shows that pretty much all DJI projects are already approved by the FAA. So what is the point in the post?

his reason for posting this is to show that the blade qx3 already has been approved for a 333 exemption under other filings while the Blade Chroma has not. He is bent on selling a QX3 for the same price you can buy a Chroma with Transmitter for new and was mad when I pointed it out to him even resorted to calling me names.
