I saw this. I think it might have been a P3 too. These guys are making a bigger deal out of it than it is, but the pilot definitely should have been more careful too!

I have no issue with the FAA going after this person if he was flying over a crowded area.

Not just a headline, but THE headline, front and center. A few thoughts:

• I'm glad nobody was significantly injured, especially the one year old.
• The victim is a journalist who's apparently not making a big deal about it.
• Not to minimize the incident, but there was an inevitability to this and it could have gone down a lot uglier.

My cat got out once and caused a more sever injury to the guy next store to were I lived. When he tried to pet him and got scratched he had to go to the hospital and evidently had to have his arm amputated a few weeks later then he died a few weeks after that. Yet I never heard any one even suggest that any one that owns a cat should be required to have a license so that a cat cant ever get out and kill another person again.
