DJI Care Refresh??

Im purchasing my first P4PV2 today. Also I'm gearing up to get into the Aerial Photography/Videography business.
Question: Should I buy the DJI Care Refresh Hull Ins. now and get the Skywatch Ins. when I get my business going? Is DJI Care Refresh any good?

I bought insurance through State Farm from a local agent. It was $75 for 12 months and all the requested were pictures of the drone and the sales receipt. They said the only thing it doesn't cover is mechanical failure, but I'm not sure how they would be able to prove that.
