Download flight data

I'm sure this has been posted somewhere. But what can I do to download all my flight records and data to my MAC? I have a P4P and use iPhone 7 at the moment.

There are two sets of flight logs. The TXT flight logs can be retrieved from your iPhone using iTunes like this. The DAT flight logs can be retrieved from the internal memory card in your Phantom like this.
