As the reporter stated. "The company behind the project said, It _SHOULDN'T_ hurt the Eagles." So, make your own determination. IMO, if they said it WON'T or CANNOT hurt the eagle, I'd have more confidence with their project. Unfortunately, because they're NOT confident. Neither am I. Maybe that PETA (People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals) organization will put a stop to it. They're ALWAYS screaming about this kind of stuff.
