Don't know what's happened

I don't know what happened but on my first flight I've noticed when I can down there is a small crack next to the battery compartment. I have have added video and pictures. There seems to be a lot of play in the battery. Don't know if it was like this

I just bought it second hand. The guy I bought it from has the DJI refresh but I'm scared it will be away for weeks .

What's your opinions and thoughts on cost for a top Shell please people ?
