Does this prop shape technology exist for drones?

Thanks for that very interesting .The prop design seems to be for pusher props which most drones aren't really but I wonder if It would make them much quieter .

The Blue Edge rotor blade uses piezo electric motors to "flap" the trailing edge of the blade 15-40 times a second. It lowers the decibel level on descent, ascent and actual flying would still be loud.

It also does nothing for the noise of the phantom's motors.
 
This has nothing to do with this post. But can some one tell me how to even post on this app. I know it's a stupid ? But honestly I can't figure it out lol
